Graphic Design FAQs

What types of graphic design do you offer?

1

We are a multi-disciplinary design studio specializing in complete brand identities, custom logos, CPG retail product packaging, and responsive web design. We also lean heavily into our creative passions—engineering custom album covers, digital streaming artwork for Apple Music and Spotify, tour merchandise lines, custom apparel, professional book layouts, and high-end corporate literature. No matter what physical or digital media platform you need to conquer, we build cohesive, intentional visual systems engineered to stand out and last.

Can you design for both print and digital?

2

Yes. We create cohesive designs that work across both print and digital platforms to maintain brand consistency.

Do you work with existing brands?

3

Yes. We often support established businesses that need ongoing design work while maintaining their existing identity.

Can you create templates for my business to use?

4

Absolutely! We partner with clients in two different ways depending on their internal resources:

  •  Ongoing Management: We design, host, and maintain your master files, handling all quarterly or routine updates for you to keep your branding flawless and save your team time.

  •  Template Buyout: If you prefer to handle routine edits in-house, we can build custom, turnkey templates and release the editable source files to you. Because working files contain our proprietary design frameworks and intellectual property, releasing them requires a file buyout and packaging fee, which can be settled upon project completion or at any point during our working relationship.

Brand Identity & Logo Design FAQs

What’s the difference between a logo and a brand identity?

1

A logo is just one part of your brand. A brand identity includes your logo, color palette, typography, imagery style, and overall visual system that represents your business consistently across every touchpoint.

Do I need a full brand identity or just a logo?

2

If you're launching or repositioning a business, a full brand identity is recommended. A standalone logo works for very early-stage businesses, but a complete identity helps build consistency and trust.

Can you redesign my existing brand?

3

Yes. We often work with businesses that already have a logo but need a more cohesive, modern, and strategic identity.

What do I receive in a brand identity package?

4

Typically this includes a logo suite, color palette, typography system, and brand guidelines for consistent use across print and digital platforms.

Print & Marketing Design FAQs

Do you design business cards, flyers, and brochures?

1

Yes. We create professionally designed print materials that align with your brand identity and communicate clearly.

Can you prepare files for professional printing?

2

Yes. All print files are delivered in correct formats with proper bleed, resolution, and print specifications.

Do you work with printers?

3

We can coordinate with your preferred printer or recommend trusted print vendors if needed.

Website Design FAQs

Do you build custom websites or use templates?

Squarespace provides a reliable, secure, and easy-to-manage platform. It allows us to focus on design, branding, and user experience while giving clients the ability to easily update their website after launch.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

3

Yes. Every website is fully responsive and designed to look and function beautifully across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Can I update my website myself?

4

Yes. Squarespace makes it easy to update text, images, blog posts, and other content without needing technical experience.

How long does a website project take?

Yes, we can help refine or structure your content so it works effectively within your website design.

At BRND CRTV, we specialize in fully custom website design and development. Rather than working within pre-existing builds, we focus on creating complete digital experiences from the ground up—where brand identity, design, and functionality are aligned from the start. This approach allows for a more intentional process, a more cohesive result, and ultimately a stronger website for your business.

We implement best practices for on-page SEO, including structure, metadata, and content hierarchy, to help your website perform well in search engines.
